John Okanlawon Adekoje (MR.) is a Process Improvement Consultant and a Quality Management System (QMS) Auditor and Consultant with Single Point Consultants Limited.
He is an Industrial Pharmacist with over 30 years of experience, he holds a diploma in Marketing and has a Master of Business Administration Degree specializing in Operations Management.
Mr. Adegoke is a DQS appointed QMS Auditor and usually contracted to conduct QMS audits and is also appointed by NGCL (NECA’s Global Certification Limited) to conduct QMS certification and surveillance audits and also an SON certified lead auditor on QMS.
In a recent past, he was engaged as the Managing Director of Morison Industries Plc for
turn Around Management and Process Improvement.

Before setting up Single Point Consultants Limited in 2006, he had worked for 15 years at SC Johnson Wax Nigeria Limited, manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products and a subsidiary of SC Johnson & Son Inc. based in Racine, Wisconsin, U.S.A.
At Johnson Wax Nigeria Limited, he started as the Superintendent Pharmacist and Quality Control Manager in 1991. He was promoted the Manufacturing & Regulations Manager in 1995 and later became the Technical Manager in 1999 and appointed the Management Representative for Quality Management System in 2002.
As the Technical Manager, Mr. Adegoke was responsible for development and registration of some new products, reformulation and introduction of local inputs to enhance gross profit. He also harmonised the regional insecticide product formulation in 2001 and led the Company to achieve a Global Measure of ISO 9001:2000 QMS certification in 2005.
As the Manufacturing Manager, he organised data to build a manufacturing database and monitor productivity. He managed the manufacturing team to exceed target volumes in 1997 and 1998. Prior to joining Johnson Wax, Mr. Adegoke was a General Practice Pharmacist.
He has attended technical and managerial training programmes and workshops in the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, U.S.A., South Africa, Egypt, Kenya and Nigeria.
Locally, he participated among others, at the National Workshop on the phase-out of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODSs) and the Roll Back Malaria programmes. He was a member of the National Advisory Ozone Committee from 1999 to 2005. He was the chairman of the Aerosol and Solvent working group at the workshop for the phase-out of ODSs in Nigeria in December 1997.
He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), an Eminent Person of the Association of Industrial Pharmacists of Nigeria (NAIP) and member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
In the extracurricular realm, he is a member of the Advisory Board of Baptist Academy,
Lagos (his alma mater), member of the Advisory Committee of the Baptist Medical
Centre, Lagos and a past executive committee member of the Nigerian Baptist Convention.
He loves current affairs, reading scientific journals and casually playing table tennis.
