Mr. R.O. Titiloye FCTI, FCCA, FCA is the Group Managing Director of Rich-Rotoye Group, comprising of Olaniyi Titiloye & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Rich-Rotoye Consultancy (Management & Financial Consultants), Palm Services Limited (Legal & Secretarial), Rich-Rotoye Ventures, Rich-Rotoye Investment Company Limited and Rich-Rotoye Farms. The Group has offices in various States in Nigeria. He was born in Efon-Alaaye in Ekiti State on 9th May 1950. He graduated from Ibadan City Academy in 1968 and from Yaba College of Technology in 1973 with a Higher Diploma in Accountancy. Following his graduation from Yaba College of Technology, he articled with the Firm of Peat, Marwick, Cassleton Elliot & Co. (now KPMG Professionals). During this period, he became a certified Chartered Accountant with the qualification of ACCA in 1975. Mr. Titiloye later in life became a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants of England (FCCA) in 1981 and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) in 1987. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI). He attended many training courses and seminars in US, UK and parts of Europe. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, company secretarial services, financial management & consulting. He worked through the ranks at Peat, Marwick, Cassleton Elliot & Co. and left in 1984 as a Group Audit Manager. He joined Data Processing Maintenance & Services Limited (formerly IBM Nigeria Limited) as the Financial Controller in 1984. From 1986 to 1992, he worked with Johnson Wax Nigeria Limited (now S.C. Johnson & Son Nigeria Limited) and retired as the Director of Finance/Company Secretary. By virtue of his professional acumen, Mr. Titiloye held several directorship positions in various Companies. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Morison Industries Plc and also on the Board of many Companies. He was a former Examiner and Assessor of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He was appointed as the Financial Consultant to the Presidential Monitoring Committee on Stadia Development and Nigeria ’95 and also a Supervisory Partner on the Federal Ministry of Finance Debt Verification and Recovery Exercise from year 2006 to 2007. Mr. Titiloye is an ardent Christian who enjoys the games of Squash and Lawn Tennis. Currently, he is the President-General of Ibadan City Academy Old Students Association (ICAOSA) and the President of the Highland Club, Efon-Alaaye in Ekiti State. Charles Osezua is a foremost Nigerian Gas Engineer, an entrepreneur and business manager, who over the last 35years has been involved in the development and management of companies and institutions spanning across the oil and gas industry, manufacturing, finance, education and non-governmental services. Afolake Lawal is the founder and Managing Partner of Imperial Law Office. Her core focus is on corporate matters, with a bias for corporate governance, commercial law practice; mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate finance amongst other areas of law. She has nearly three decades experience in advising and growing global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Afolake is a co-founder of GTI Group and, prior to founding Imperial Law Office, she was the director of Business Development & Strategy at GTI Capital Limited, where she led the organisation’s global business strategy across Africa and Western Europe. Her ingenuity in corporate finance and business strategy has been invaluable in attaining the often-required balance between law and exigencies of business in meeting clients’ needs. As the Technical Manager, Mr. Adegoke was responsible for development and registration of some new products, reformulation and introduction of local inputs to enhance gross profit. He also harmonised the regional insecticide product formulation in 2001 and led the Company to achieve a Global Measure of ISO 9001:2000 QMS certification in 2005.
As the Manufacturing Manager, he organised data to build a manufacturing database and monitor productivity. He managed the manufacturing team to exceed target volumes in 1997 and 1998. Prior to joining Johnson Wax, Mr. Adegoke was a General Practice Pharmacist.
He has attended technical and managerial training programmes and workshops in the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, U.S.A., South Africa, Egypt, Kenya and Nigeria.
Locally, he participated among others, at the National Workshop on the phase-out of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODSs) and the Roll Back Malaria programmes. He was a member of the National Advisory Ozone Committee from 1999 to 2005. He was the chairman of the Aerosol and Solvent working group at the workshop for the phase-out of ODSs in Nigeria in December 1997.
He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), an Eminent Person of the Association of Industrial Pharmacists of Nigeria (NAIP) and member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
In the extracurricular realm, he is a member of the Advisory Board of Baptist Academy, Lagos (his alma mater), member of the Advisory Committee of the Baptist Medical Centre, Lagos and a past executive committee member of the Nigerian Baptist Convention.
