Mr. R.O. Titiloye FCTI, FCCA, FCA is the Group Managing Director of Rich-Rotoye Group, comprising of Olaniyi Titiloye & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Rich-Rotoye Consultancy (Management & Financial Consultants), Palm Services Limited (Legal & Secretarial), Rich-Rotoye Ventures, Rich-Rotoye Investment Company Limited and Rich-Rotoye Farms. The Group has offices in various States in Nigeria. He was born in Efon-Alaaye in Ekiti State on 9th May 1950. He graduated from Ibadan City Academy in 1968 and from Yaba College of Technology in 1973 with a Higher Diploma in Accountancy. Following his graduation from Yaba College of Technology, he articled with the Firm of Peat, Marwick, Cassleton Elliot & Co. (now KPMG Professionals). During this period, he became a certified Chartered Accountant with the qualification of ACCA in 1975. Mr. Titiloye later in life became a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants of England (FCCA) in 1981 and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) in 1987. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI). He attended many training courses and seminars in US, UK and parts of Europe. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, company secretarial services, financial management & consulting. He worked through the ranks at Peat, Marwick, Cassleton Elliot & Co. and left in 1984 as a Group Audit Manager. He joined Data Processing Maintenance & Services Limited (formerly IBM Nigeria Limited) as the Financial Controller in 1984. From 1986 to 1992, he worked with Johnson Wax Nigeria Limited (now S.C. Johnson & Son Nigeria Limited) and retired as the Director of Finance/Company Secretary. By virtue of his professional acumen, Mr. Titiloye held several directorship positions in various Companies. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Morison Industries Plc and also on the Board of many Companies. He was a former Examiner and Assessor of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He was appointed as the Financial Consultant to the Presidential Monitoring Committee on Stadia Development and Nigeria ’95 and also a Supervisory Partner on the Federal Ministry of Finance Debt Verification and Recovery Exercise from year 2006 to 2007. Mr. Titiloye is an ardent Christian who enjoys the games of Squash and Lawn Tennis. Currently, he is the President-General of Ibadan City Academy Old Students Association (ICAOSA) and the President of the Highland Club, Efon-Alaaye in Ekiti State. He is a Minister in the Redeemed Christian Church of God and happily married and blessed with children.

ENGR. CHARLES A. OSEZUA, KSG, OON Engr. Charles Osezua is a foremost Nigerian Gas Engineer, an entrepreneur and business manager, who over the last 35years has been involved in the development and management of companies and institutions spanning across the oil and gas industry, manufacturing, finance, education and non-governmental services. Currently, he serves and chairs in Boards of over 21 companies and institutions including the Owel-linkso Group, PNG Gas, Vallourec, Cordros Capital Ltd., IWFI, Morison Industries Plc., Multinational Technologies Limited, Pan-Atlantic University Foundation (PAUF), to mention but a few. A marriage therapist and a social entrepreneur, Engr. Osezua founded the Institute for Work and Family Integration (IWFI) which he Chairs, as part of an efforts to ensure Better Families, Better Business and Better Society, for the long-term sustainability of our country; efforts which were acknowledged by the UN Secretary General in his 2018 reports on Sustainability in Africa. He has been honoured by the Federal Government of Nigeria for his professional contributions to the development of the Nigerian oil & gas industry, with the title of the Officer Order of the Niger (OON); honoured by the Pope for his services to the Church and humanity with the European title, Rt. Honourable Chevalier of the Order of the Knight of St. Gregory the Great (KSG). A scholar who has worn a number of scholarships, published a number of articles and presented a number of scholarly papers in the field of gas development, project management, and living successful work-family integration and Marriage. A graduate of Texas A&M University, with a B.Sc. and a Masters degree in Engineering. A fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), and a Chartered Engineer (COREN). He is married to Lady Gloria Osezua, and blessed with children and many grandchildren.

Afolake Lawal is the founder and Managing Partner of Imperial Law Office. Her core focus is on corporate matters, with a bias for corporate governance, commercial law practice; mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate finance amongst other areas of law. She has nearly three decades experience in advising and growing global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Afolake is a co-founder of GTI Group and, prior to founding Imperial Law Office, she was the director of Business Development & Strategy at GTI Capital Limited, where she led the organisation’s global business strategy across Africa and Western Europe. Her ingenuity in corporate finance and business strategy has been invaluable in attaining the often-required balance between law and exigencies of business in meeting clients’ needs. In 2008, she was appointed a member of the Board of International Breweries Plc (IB Plc). She subsequently became the pioneer Chairman of IB Plc’s Governance and Remuneration Committee where she led the entrenchment of corporate governance controls and sustainability practice on the Board of IB Plc for 10 years. Her positive contribution as a Board member was instrumental to the rapid growth of the company to an international brewer with enhanced visibility and competitive edge. She joined the Board of Eterna Plc in 2009. She serves on two standing committees of the Board namely the Risk Management & HSE Committee and the Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee (GNR Committee). Afolake is the Chairman of the GNR Committee at Eterna Plc and in her capacity as Chairman, she has instituted a robust governance framework for corporate growth and sustainable profitability. Afolake also serves on the Board of Champion Breweries Plc and Morison Industries Plc. She is a SEC-licensed adviser, and a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigerian Bar Association, Women Corporate Directors (Nigeria Chapter), Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, amongst others. Afolake Lawal is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; A Bachelor of Laws Degree from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge UK; a Masters degree in International Law & Diplomacy from University of Lagos and an MSc. in Corporate Governance & Finance from Liverpool John Moores University.

A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with
over 30 years of business and professional experience. From his early years with Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & co now KPMG Nigeria to executive directorships in Rebold International Ltd, an Oil and Gas Services Company, Rebold Industries, a PVC products manufacturing plant amongst others.

He has served as Board member of Refuge Insurance Plc, Crusader General Insurance Plc, Oasis Insurance Plc and Multi Mult Nig Ltd a raw materials bulk handling and storage Company.
He is a business and Financial Consultant and also Director of Dobler Services Ltd with interests in power and construction.

Mr. Adesoji Akinola Oladejo attended University of Ibadan, Ibadan, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree (1991) in Food Technology with emphasis in Food Process Engineering and holds an MBA Professional degree (1998) of the Lagos State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a diploma in Six Sigma.
