Morison & Sons (Nigeria) Ltd., a subsidiary of a UK-based health company, began operations with a clear mission: To deliver high-quality healthcare and hygiene solutions tailored to African lives. Seventy years later, now known as Morison Industries PLC, we celebrate more than just longevity — we celebrate a legacy. A legacy of trust, consistency, and care that has impacted families, farms, clinics, schools, and communities across the nation.

From Importer to Local Manufacturer

In the 1950s and ‘60s, Morison started primarily as a distributor of essential medical and wellness products under British oversight. Our offerings ranged from disinfectants to balms, powders, and antiseptics used across homes and hospitals. But our story didn’t stop at distribution.

By the late 1970s, Morison Industries Plc became a publicly quoted Nigerian company, investing in local manufacturing capacity to produce and bottle hygiene solutions right here in Nigeria.

Today, every bottle of Zylol Antiseptic, Germicide, Lysol, Hand Sanitizer, Methylated Spirit, Glutacide, Moricet, or Bymo Detergent is made at our factory in Ikeja, Lagos, following strict quality control and NAFDAC-approved standards.
